Comments let people talk about a specific block without changing it. They are useful for feedback, reviews, and handoff between teammates and clients.

Open the comments panel from the top bar.
Choose Add a comment.
Click the block you want to comment on.
Write your note and submit it.
The comment is attached to that block, so it stays findable even if the page changes around it.
Open a thread to read the replies. Use Reply to continue the conversation.
When the note has been handled, choose Resolve. Resolved threads are hidden from the open list but can still be read from the resolved tab.
You can also mark a thread as unread if you need to come back to it.
Every project member can comment, including viewers. Commenting is feedback, not editing, so a reviewer does not need edit access to leave a note.
Viewers cannot change the page, publish, or manage settings. They can still read comments and reply.
Comments are not published. Visitors never see them.
Comments are not a task manager. They do not have assignees, due dates, or statuses beyond open and resolved. For a small team, that is usually enough. For a larger process, keep the task list somewhere else and use comments for context.
Share the page with a reviewer.
Ask them to comment on specific blocks instead of sending a long message.
Reply or resolve each thread as you fix it.
When all threads are resolved, publish.
This keeps the feedback attached to the thing it is about, which is much easier to act on than a screenshot with a circle drawn on it.
