About

I built Remake because making a website should not feel like assembling a machine.

I am a freelance developer based in Spain. For years I have built websites for clients, and Remake is the tool I kept wishing I had.

Built by one person

Made for real client work

Still early, still listening

The short version

I have spent years building websites for other people. Small business sites, portfolios, content-heavy sites, and the occasional rescue project. The work was varied, but the problems were often the same.

Clients could not update their own content. Every project needed a different pile of tools. The handoff was always longer than it should be. And the parts that should have been simple, like changing an opening time or adding a new project, kept turning into another request.

Remake is my attempt to put the whole job in one place: the editor, the content, the forms, the automation, and the hosting. Not a different tool for every step, and not a platform that takes the site away from the person who paid for it.

I am still a freelancer. That keeps the product close to the actual work.

Remake

“The best website tool is the one that gets out of the way and lets the work stay current.”

A working note, not a mission statement.

What I believe

A few principles that shaped the product.

A site should not be a one-time handoff

Change the design, update the content, and add pages without starting over or waiting for a release.

The person closest to the work should edit it

The person who knows the business, the work, or the story should be able to update the site without a developer.

AI should help, not take over

Remy is useful for a first draft, a rewrite, or a tedious change. You still decide what goes live.

Fewer tools, fewer seams

A page builder, CMS, forms, automation, and hosting should feel like one product, not five tabs.

What it is

A website builder with a CMS and a few useful extras.

A visual editor for real pages, not just landing pages.

Collections, generated pages, repeaters, and search.

Forms, workflows, accounts, translations, and analytics.

Custom domains, SSL, CDN, and EU hosting.

A static export of your published pages and collection data.

What it is not

Not everything, and not finished.

A full application builder.

A marketplace for every possible integration.

A finished product with a large team behind it.

A promise that every edge case is already solved.

If something is missing, tell me.

Remake is still small. The product gets better when real sites run into real limits. If you are building something and the tool is getting in the way, I want to hear about it.

You can also read the features or the documentation first.

Remake

A website builder that works like a document. CMS, forms and EU hosting included.
